Performance Metrics
Provide quarterly financial and operational performance reports covering the indicators that matter: direct operating cost (DOC) and utilization for the aircraft, vendor pricing and contract performance for the flight department — plus any customizable metrics.

Strategic Planning
Develop customized asset strategies, including capital expenditure forecasting, acquisition and disposition analysis, and budget considerations across the full portfolio.

Total Transparency
Maintain an open-book accounting policy for all expenditures, fees, and vendor negotiations. On managed aircraft, crew compensation, maintenance, fuel, and hangar are all direct pass-through billing with ZERO markup. OEM charges a single flat monthly management fee to cover our services.
