Flight Operations
Pilot procurement, currency, and training. Flight dispatch, aircraft tracking, operations guidelines and oversight, cabin stocking, and full regulatory compliance with the FAA, DOT, NTSB, CBP, and TSA — including DOT drug testing programs when required.

Maintenance Management
Ongoing coordination with the Director of Maintenance and A&P mechanics. Oversight of aircraft logbooks, phase inspections, and scheduling. Reporting and administration of engine and parts programs, plus warranty coverage management.

Financial Administration
Single point-of-contact, billing verification, and monthly management reports for expenses, partner payments, and owner utilization. Software integrations with Airplane Manager, FlightAware Private Tracking, FlightBridge, and personal calendar sync.
